Lors de l’ouverture officielle de notre refuge nous avons procédé à un tirage 50/50. La somme de 67.50$ fut attribuée à un heureux gagnant de Gatineau.
Les membres du Conseil d’Administration ont convenu d’un commun accord, que l’autre moitié serait remis à l’organisme « Les Amis du Pontiac », ceux-ci sont à amasser des fonds pour assurer que tous les enfants du Pontiac auront en main l’essentiel qu’ils ont besoin pour le retour à l’école. Nous avons également arrondi cette somme et c’est aujourd’hui que nous leur avons remis un chèque au montant de 250$.
At the official opening of our shelter, we held a 50/50 draw. The sum of $ 67.50 was awarded to a lucky winner from Gatineau.
The members of the Board of Directors have mutually agreed that the other half would be donated to the organization « Les Amis du Pontiac », which are raising funds to ensure that all Pontiac children will have in hand the essentials they need for the return to school. We also rounded up this amount and today we presented them with a check in the amount of $250.
